Half of That 1% goes to the Veterans’ Voice Celebrity Political Party, which aims to bring permanent housing and rehabilitation to our country’s homeless veterans.

One Quarter of the 1% goes to the local bankruptcy trustee for operational costs, providing flexibility to ensure a smooth transaction.

The Remaining Quarter of the 1% stays with 1% Real Estate Good Guys, with 20% of that portion further donated to veterans’ housing efforts.

Additional Value:

We call for all potential buyers to cover the seller’s closing costs, typically 1%, through escrow, ensuring that sellers walk away with more money.
